職位描述：
崗位職責
1、學習掌握酒店有關人事、檔案的各項政策；根據酒店相關政策，負責員工檔案的收集、管理。
2、負責酒店所有員工的入職、辭職、人事變動、解聘等情況記錄整理歸類存檔，并妥善保管隨時待查；每月統計酒店人員變動情況上報酒店領導。
3、負責酒店人員入職、離職所需的一切手續。
4、負責員工工號牌的制作、發放與管理。
5、制作酒店各部門人員編制機構圖，并根據編制，每月上報集團及酒店領導。
6、負責對人事行政部各類文件進行收發、傳遞、登記、存檔。
7、負責行政辦公室相關行政工作。
崗位要求
1、大專及以上學歷，經濟、管理等相關專業優先。
2、溝通協調能力強，具備良好的團隊素質。

The Cloud Valley is located in Yixing which is an exquisite city by the Taihu Lake, famous for its boccaro and limestone caves. Hotel is building on the mountainside of Baima hill in Yangxian Ecotourism Zone. It covers an area of 1200 acres valley woods. Hotel architectural design combined with the advantages of the terrain and valley scenery, interior design is inspired by local cultural elements like boccaro , Taihu stone and bamboo, presents a unique resort atmosphere featuring oriental style ultimately.
Based on wild luxury style, the design team creates Pit SPA, Cliff Restaurant, Train- Themed Rooms, Infinity Pools, and more to provide guests with a special experience.
